Yes, I’m a few days early! - It’s been a while, and I wanted to reach out before the end of 2024 to welcome you!

Watching Foundation this week, an amazing line was said by Hari Seldon - the founder of “Psychohistory” when he said:

What is the sentence you live your life by?

Similarly, Simon Sinek’s "Start With Why" emphasizes the importance of having a core belief or sentence that guides your actions. Articles in renowned psychology and business journals sometimes discuss this idea as a part of setting a personal mission statement or guiding philosophy for life.

Having a sentence to live your life by can serve as a motivational anchor, help you make better decisions aligned with your values, and guide you through the complexities of modern life.
